“We were putting in room six the door would not even securely lock. You could push it open… the bed was very uncomfortable and things were biting me… and we did not have any TV for 24 hours. They finally moved us to another room the second day, but I would never recommend this roach motel to anyone. It is horrible.”

“This was for my parents. They went down for a work trip and needed help looking for a spot they loved the hotel, breakfast and it was a really nice peaceful hotel.”

“Excellent location by the water, a city park across street good for taking a walk, a lot of restaurants around, less than 10 min driving to the miles of beach at the south side. Hotel room is very spacious and clean, will come back if I visit Port Aransas again.”

“The location is too loud to have tents with cloth walls. It’s near streets with bars and a lot of people driving around in loud pickup trucks. There are supposed to be quiet hours after 11 pm but people were not observing them. The bathrooms were cheaply made, in only fair condition and not super clean. It’s ok if you want to rough it but not worth the money. ”

In fact, the reason we stayed there this time was because we liked it so much before the cost was also much more than we spent before and more than the other hotel that was down the street that had better ratings.Everything was OK except the bathroom even though it was clean it was so outdated. It really needed around the shower, renovated, and the clean material they use were overpowering as far as Oder goes. ”
