“Had booked a King suite, yet when Ive begun to check in I was told that King suite was no longer available.... Being it was late I had agreed to except cuz it was very late when I had arrived....rm was very misleading from website and was not pleased. “I have never seen a hotel like this. They were very specific on customer behaviors they felt as acceptable. Signs were posted everywhere. It almost felt they were too controlling. But as a customer, I actually liked it! It's a paradigm shift for me. Would I reserve a room again? Probably. Actually definitely! I just wish I knew these things before I booked.”
