“This is off the beaten path so be prepared and stock up on snacks/food before you get there. I stayed in Pisgah and the room was very spacious, ridiculously clean (cleaner than many of the nice chain hotels I have stayed at), and super cute. It came with a white noise machine that was needed as you can hear your neighbors (I heard mine snoring). There is parking right next to the cabin. WiFi worked great. The biggest *complaint* was I never saw the resident dogs. I was looking forward to petting……

“Good location but is dated. The owner is very nice and helpful. He stated that the motel is getting renovated but is dragging out due to challenges related to hurricane Helene in this small community.”

“The hotel is on top of a mountain, overlooking more mountains. Absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean. Bed, pillows, towels, shower were good. We would definitely come back!”

“The unit was immaculate. Kitchen was well appointed. Unit overlooked 1st tee on Grandfather Mt. golf course. Our hostess was wonderful and we knew if we wanted or needed anything she was available to help. This was an A experience. ”

“We had a great time at the Hemlock Creek Cabin! The sound of the creek in the distance made sitting on the deck a real pleasure. The view was not spectacular but there were some really neat places that we were able to hike to nearby including 3 ponds. Unfortunately we were not able to catch any fish in either the ponds or the creek but we had fun nonetheless. We made trips to Linville Caverns and Linville Falls (45 mins away) as well as the Nantahala Outdoor Center to white water raft on the……
