“Good location but is dated. The owner is very nice and helpful. He stated that the motel is getting renovated but is dragging out due to challenges related to hurricane Helene in this small community.”

“Terrell House was one of the nicest lodging experiences I’ve ever had. The house is very welcoming from the moment you walk through the front door. Mike and Sue were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The house is very nicely decorated, and well maintained. There are several public spaces that are very inviting including a living area with ample seating, a nice breakfast area, and a covered patio in the back that looks onto a wooded area. My room was equally nice and I appreciated……

“This is a little slice of heaven in the mountains. It has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The location is great and close to every where in the area. The neighborhood is quite and the creek behind the house is simply everything. The magic of this place can not be expressed fully. The owner was prompt with communicating with me and was helpful. The rooms were great for our little family of 4 (the bed comfort isn't what I'd rave about, but the size of the rooms, and the kitchenettes were really nice). The pool area was really nice. Parking was easy. Driving distance to so many amazing places! The saunas didn't turn on, but that was the only bummer during our short stay. Definitely recommend for a trip to the area!”

“We were there on vacation for NASCAR in Bristol. It was a little bit of a drive, but, it’s a very easy drive. We enjoyed the drive away from the hustle and bustle. We were welcome by a personal sign waiting on us and dog treats waiting on our furdaughter . We really wish we have had more time to enjoy the property. Our ONLY thing was the drive way entrance could be lit up, it’s a little hard to see at night. ”
