“I noticed several young people arguing...they may have been drinking or using something. The lock on my door couldn't be locked from the inside.Someone had used som air freshener rather than cleaning and my husbajnd has asthma. i decided not to stay. I booked thru Experian or similar and they had no record of my reservation. ”

“Mountain Inn & Suites is a nice little hotel in Erwin TN. The same Erwin TN that just got wiped out from hurricane Helene flooding. Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund even though they have received photos of the entire hotel in shambles with nothing but piles of debris all around it. They are not and were not open. I could not call the hotel and reschedule. But Hotels.com says they cannot refund me even though the hotel was closed and halfway underwater. Hotels.com is a complete scam. I would……

“The condo was comfortable, and the location was perfect. There are several restaurants/pubs within walking distance, and it is not far from the ETSU campus.Checking in and checking out was simple, and the host kept in contact with us and promptly responded to any questions that I had. I highly recommend this property if you find yourself in Johnson City!”

“Both cabins were clean and ready to go when we got there. The host was very quick on responses and gave helpful information that was important to know during the stay. Cabins were spacious and had lots of open space for people to gather in. Outdoor space was great as well. Only a couple of things which could have been better. First, the cabins only have two or three showers in each. With a large group it would have been helpful to have a couple more bathrooms. Second, the hill to get up to the……
