“I noticed several young people arguing...they may have been drinking or using something. The lock on my door couldn't be locked from the inside.Someone had used som air freshener rather than cleaning and my husbajnd has asthma. i decided not to stay. I booked thru Experian or similar and they had no record of my reservation. ”

“The cabin itself is beautiful but it needs a deep thorough cleaning. The linens were dirty on one of the beds and another bed had hair on sheets which tells me they were not even changed from the prior guests. Floors, toilets were filthy. We found dead bugs in one of the showers and on many of the window sills. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer available so we could was the bedding. ”

“Condo is exactly as pictured. Nicely decorated, open and very comfortable! Lots of dining options right downstairs or a short walking distance from complex. We're in town often and would stay again.”

“Our host was top notch and we loved the free snacks.I would make one communication recommendation. There was a min-fridge in our room and we just assumed it was on. In fact it was plugged into a power strip and we realized too late that the power strip, while plugged in was turned off. Guests need to know accordingly.”

“The Relax and Play Chalet is the perfect name for this property. It has everything you need for a worry-free, peaceful stay in the mountains. The check-in/check-out was easy and I had the host's phone # for quick text response to a question. We saw a deer outside our bedroom window on the first day! But you will see many deer while traveling around the lovely Wolf Laurel community. The property is centrally located in the stunning western North Carolina mountains. Our family of 3, including a……
