I got the sense that some patrons that were staying at the location at the time of my stay were sketchy, but I would not dock the property for that as they have a number of procedures and policies in place to maintain safety and service above everything.”

“We loved our stay at the houseboat. Cleanliness is a key factor when I stay at places this place was extremely clean. It was decorated so cutely everything was very comfortable. The bed very comfortable. “We were looking for a secluded get away that was pet friendly, and afforded us a chance to unwind and disconnect a bit - and Deborah's place fit the bill. The house was comfortable and big enough for our family of 5 plus a family friend and 2 dogs. The property allowed our dogs to run and have fun and also provided loads of fun for us. We played basketball, fished from the pier and did a bit of crabbing. Our stay was in July which, unfortunately was jellyfish season so no swimming for us this go……

“Our family had a great stay at this very comfortable apartment. First of all, the location cannot be beat. With views of the water and being within walking distance of most everything in North Beach, the location really is perfect. We parked our car and walked everywhere, and we all loved the balcony. We also found the apartment to be well equipped for our needs. The kitchen had all the basics that we needed and also k-cups for the Keurig. That was an absolute life saver for a coffee fiend.……
