“This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and its always been great. However this time I chose my room on app and when we got there the room door was popped open, there was no working ac and it stunk. I went to front desk and she promptly gave me another room but biggest issue is she knew nothing about the room being in this condition. “The check in and check out was very smooth. We were very pleased with the stay and house. The house was very clean and not to far from where we were going. I recommend to anyone who is looking for the home atmosphere. I plan on staying again when we come back in June to visit family.”
