“This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and its always been great. However this time I chose my room on app and when we got there the room door was popped open, there was no working ac and it stunk. I went to front desk and she promptly gave me another room but biggest issue is she knew nothing about the room being in this condition. The maid service obviously failed her and me as a guest. being ”

“It was sufficient for what we needed! The room felt like it had been renovated but not completely! There was a light outside our window and the curtains didn’t block it out There was nothing that was a turn off just a few “ not quite right’.”
