“We had a terrible experience. The hotel looks nothing like it does o the site. It’s completely run down. The hospitality is poor. Uncomfortable beds. The rooms and toilets are dirty. The fridge looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, there were dead cockroaches in the fridge. Instead of apologising the receptionist made excuses about how the pictures on the site are old pictures and that the place is being renovated, when we asked her why the misrepresentation because if there were accurate……

“Chalet un peu rustique et vieillot mais très bien équipé, spacieux (5 couchages), en pleine nature, avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et la ville de Barberton, très agréable. Calme absolu, literie très confortable. On se sent très bien et en toute sécurité. Accueil très sympathique du gérant. ”

“We are family stay, with 2 teenager. The host is very kind, kitchen is free to use. The bunk bed are too low for teenagers. 10-15 driving to lower sabi river, it is a great experience of whole stay, there are many wile animal around the reserve area, we saw many animal along the river side. We bought wifi, but very slow.”
