“Did not receive the room type that was in the reservation. When I went back to the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do except leave a note for a manager. Nothing was communicated to me about this at checkout either. ”

“Stayed here for the long weekend and had a great time! Place was clean, neat, and cozy, and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Very close to skiing and the town center. Kiddos loved the bunk beds ”

“We were so pleased with this property for our getaway to Deep Creek. We picked it based on the game room and theater, knowing our kids would really enjoy that part of it. But the pond outside was an added bonus! The kids loved fishing in it from sun up to sun down. It's conveniently located to several attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. A quick drive away from Swallow Falls and Garrett County State Park, with fantastic hiking options.The house has some wear, but it was nothing that……

“We loved the house and really appreciated all the Christmas decorations and the gorgeous tree. Made for a wonderful stay with our family. Plenty of room to spread out. The firepit was nice to have, glad we brought wood for it. If we head there again in the future, I would rent this house again. ”

“We rented the cabin for my birthday and had a great time! The description was perfect, the host was very nice and had great communication. The cabin was literally down the street from Wisp resort , which was very convenient for us. The cabin was stocked with games and we loved the hot tub. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!”

“Over all the house was nice. Check in...code was wrong had to call mgmt co. Sliding doors were not working...someone did come to fix Linen boxes were delivered day before our check out The deck and furniture were dirty Coffee pot was dirt Some of bath towels were stained first time we had and AB&B that did not furnish enough toilet paper and paper towels”

“Most things were fine but we had planned barbecue get together with numerous people and the grill was not functioning. No response to request for compensation due to significant inconvenience. Had to find a way to barbecue elsewhere which was difficult with small children. That was to be our principal entertainment for the weekend.”

“Our family was very happy with our stay. The home was cozy and quite frankly the pictures didn’t do the home justice as our whole family thought the house was bigger than it seemed to look in the pictures. We he location was great for a quick one day ski at Wisp only a couple minutes drive to the resort. Plenty of places to eat around and a great stay - we would definitely stay here again!”

“Although the weather wasn't ideal, the cabin was wonderful and perfect for our group, including our senior citizen dog who is too old to board these days. Thanks for everything.”
