It felt soft to begin with and then after laying in it for a few minutes it felt as hard as a rock. Also, I did not like having to pay an extra $100 per night for my dog. I think a fee if ok, but if no problems are found after we've left the room at the very least half of the "fee" should have been refunded. ”
