“My 3rd stay here when working away from home. Lovely furbished rooms with comfy beds and great complimentary breakfast basket. Love staying here, will be back on my next visit south. ”

“The property was on the seafront overlooking the beach, Southend Pier, and the amusements. All of the food outlets were either on the seafront or within 20 minutes walk east or west along the parade or north going towards Sainsburys. Lovely place which i hope to visit again.”

“Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine. Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you ”

“Just an overnight stay but the room was very clean and nicely presented. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was good with everything provided and nice towels. Tea and coffee ( Not packets) and fresh milk was a bonus Would recommend.”

“Really nice place, little bit tight on space to move around the bed but it is what it is. Floor is a little squeaky, so that made me a bit concerned for the people below with me walking around. But apart from that it was perfect for my weekend trip. And being so close to the sea front for a morning/evening walk or to fgo sun yourself on the beach it's in a brilliant location.”
