“Der Junge David von der Reception war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele Tips von Miami gegeben. Leider haben wir das Personal nicht so motiviert gespürt. Ich habe mich nicht so ganz wohl gefühlt.”

I give them credit, for the first few days of the trip they put us up in one of the units run by the hotel. But when we did move in to the correct unit, it didn’t smell good and the washer and dryer were both broken. Once again the management company was great and said just have the hotel do the laundry and they would cover the cost. I appreciated everything the……
