“Overall the room was clean, recently remodeled & was a good deal for what we paid. Bed was very comfortable too. One complaint if I was being picky was that we only got 1 pillow each, and there were no others in the room, so it would’ve been nice to have an additional pillow (again being picky)! Also didn’t like that they required $100 up front, in case of incidents. I had to use debit card which meant waiting 5-7 days to get back deposit. But I did get my money back after 5 days.”

“We travel to Fairfield around 4,5 times a year and always stay in this hotel. Never left disappointed.”

“Not sure about the other rooms but mine (rm. 200) had the air conditioning set to ECO MODE and that is disruptive when sleeping… the inconsistency in the air flow would wake me up when it would shut off or turn back on. Sometimes it would not turn on until it got hotter in the room…did not get great sleep. Overall, the hotel is nice & clean in a great location with friendly staff. Just the A/C needs to be turned off ECO mode to better sleep for visitors. ”

“Great location; easy on/off to 95. Extremely bummed that we didn't have a beachview (nice shot of a street, though). Bed was comfortable; bathroom dated but clean; furniture sparse; maid service helpful and friendly; ample free parking. Breakfast was limited to mini muffins, cereal bars and apples (self serve). Coffee was hot when not empty. Beach walking was great and surrounding neighborhood is beautiful. Limited front desk support (not full-service) staffed by teenagers. Overall great……

“I booked the hotel on Expedia on Aug 3, but the lady at the front desk refused to let me check in, just yelling at me NO ROOM, NO RESERVATION. So far, Expedia and the hotel have refused to refund the money. Such a terrible experience!”
