“We stayed in a tent cabin here because we booked too late and missed all the other options nearby. The experience was not as hush as we imagined. In fact, the owner was super friendly and super welcoming; the sausage patties and french toast were delicious. The only thing was that there were merely 2 shared showers and 2 restrooms for all cabins.”

“I can’t say enough amazing things about our experience at The Bodie Hotel. Owners Jolissa and Jeff made us feel more than special, they made my son and me feel like family. They made amazing recommendations to do around Bridgeport, from fishing to hot springs to horseback riding. We spent 4th of July in Bridgeport—an experience in and of itself—but everything was made more special by our stay. Our room itself was spacious and clean, and we took advantage of the parlor and patio. Cannot recommend……

“This motel always has great accommodations and service. We have been coming here for decades, and they have upgraded the rooms accordingly. I love staying here although there has to be a better way to get our gear up the stairs ”

The owner also introduced us to the house and the environment very friendly during the stay. The location of the house is close to the beautiful Gull Lake and even we can take a walk there. it's worth staying here for longer time. There were 2 things that made us felt inconvenient. One was hard to find enough and available power outlets to use. The other was that the shower room is too……
