“Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is a quiet waterfront location, but also near retail, restaurants and grocery store. Property manager was very responsive and communication was great. House and amenities were as advertised and things were clean and ready for our stay. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the lake and caught multiple types of fish too. All in all, a great trip!”

“My son was competing in the Strongman Nationals in Concord NC Due to a mix up on another property we booked this property last minute and we are so glad the other one fell through. This house was like a trip back in time but with all the modern amenities you could need. Everything was so well done. With 8 of us, having 4 bedrooms and pool was perfect. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place with charm and convenience. ”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house appears brand new. Very spacious rooms that accommodated 12 adults comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and dishes. The pool/deck area was beautiful and had a great view of the lake. Easy access to grocery store and restaurants. We had a blast using the kayaks and paddle boards. Property manager was very responsive. Very high-end rental property! Hoping to return next year!”

“This is a beautiful property we enjoyed immensely. Selected for location right on Lake Norman and proximity to family. Mature trees shade the house, and the water inlet is protected from lake boat traffic keeping the property a cool and quiet retreat. Appliance issue could have been resolved more quickly.”

“Bugs in the hallway door to room was open then keys didn't work. Stains on sheets and comforters. Dirty rugs everywhere. Strong oder in stairwells trip hazard on stairs where rugs are torn”

“This house was perfect for our extended family vacation. Huge table with lots of chairs allowed us to all eat together, very well equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes and silverware. All the amenities were great. Firepit with supplied wood, pool, ping pong and TV's galore. Dock is in need of upgrading for a house this nice and price point. ”
