“We decided to get out of the cold snow of the north, and head south. This condo is in an excellent location, right on the water. It's close to all the restaurants, shopping and attractions. The condo was well maintained and equipped. There were only two of us, but this condo could accommodate 6 with ease. The winding staircase to the second floor loft was unique and having two balconies overlooking the water was a definite bonus. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“The property itself was as advertised. Convenient location. Unit was clean and well appointed. The problem is with the way the unit was built. Everytime the upstairs or side neighbors showered, flushed the toilet or ran the water, you heard it running through the walls of this unit. Couple that with the neighbors above and hearing them walk across the floor as if they were wearing lead tap shoes made fthe stay a challenge. water, you couin this ucou0led”

“We were in town for a graduation. The unit was beautiful and well-appointed with great views of the lake. The owners thoughtfully left staples to get us started (k-cups, paper towels, trash bags, etc). Highly recommend!”

“My husband and I were coming down to relax. The area is very suburban like, any in every restaurant store gas station car wash grocery store you need is very close by; that is a plus. The problem is though the condo is quiet. There is a freeway that you’re looking out at off the balcony and a very busy road to the right of the balcony.. you can hear all the traffic. The inside of the condo was just as pictured very nice neat clean well stocked with initial supplies needed. The outside on the……

“We enjoyed our stay and the location was great and central to my kids in Mooresville, Ashville, and Chapel Hill. Their mom also lives in Mooresville so it was a fantastic location. I lived down the hall when they were younger so it brought back lake memories. Always loved the winter morning sun streaming in and getting sunrise and sunset at the properties location”
