“My friend and I stayed one night at “Sunny Daze” as we were in the area visiting The Depot at Gibson Mill on an antique hunt. The space was small, cute, and quaint! Perfect for our one night stay! We really liked that the main entry was a coded lock as well as the room coded lock which made us feel nice and safe. The area had a great pizza pub that was in walking distance that we really enjoyed. We Would definitely stay again if traveling in the area ! ”

The views of the lake are breathtaking, and the condo itself is beautifully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—convenient to great restaurants, Birkdale Village, and all the surrounding areas. I always have an amazing experience here and will definitely be returning again. “Everything about our stay was amazing starting with the communication with the owner. Immediately responsive throughout our stay with all the answers to questions and great recommendations for the area. The condo is perfectly appointed with great amenities to make a fantastic stay. The best of which are the views from the two balconies. Amazing sunrises and sets (and a full moon rise for us) over the lake that can even be enjoyed from inside with all the large windows on two sides. Add a……

“Katie was able to accomodate our needs for a condo at the last minute due to changes of my son's wedding due to Hurricane Helene. The unit was great with view of the water. Convenient to the nice restaurant next door where we did a post wedding brunch . Occasional noise from the delivery vehicles and trash collector for the restaurant next door, but not bad . And we could have used an extra dishwasher pod. Otherwise everything was great and we had a wonderful wedding weekend!”

“The condo was very clean and spacious. The ease of entry was perfect (1st floor). Communication with the property manager was instant. The neighborhood was quiet and I barely heard others. The only issue that I had was the master bedroom bed was extremely hard. It hurt my hips and back to sleep on. But that would not prevent me from renting this place again! I would rent from here in a heartbeat. ”
