“Everything about our stay was amazing starting with the communication with the owner. Immediately responsive throughout our stay with all the answers to questions and great recommendations for the area. The condo is perfectly appointed with great amenities to make a fantastic stay. The best of which are the views from the two balconies. “Katie was able to accomodate our needs for a condo at the last minute due to changes of my son's wedding due to Hurricane Helene. The unit was great with view of the water. Convenient to the nice restaurant next door where we did a post wedding brunch . Occasional noise from the delivery vehicles and trash collector for the restaurant next door, but not bad . And we could have used an extra dishwasher pod. Otherwise everything was great and we had a wonderful wedding weekend!”

“The condo was very clean and spacious. The ease of entry was perfect (1st floor). Communication with the property manager was instant. The neighborhood was quiet and I barely heard others. The only issue that I had was the master bedroom bed was extremely hard. It hurt my hips and back to sleep on. But that would not prevent me from renting this place again! I would rent from here in a heartbeat. ”

“Carlos is a wonderful host...he is incredibly responsive and really wants to make your stay comfortable. The duplex is well-equipped and very comfortable and Lexington has many parks and trails to explore....and it's the home of Carolina Barbecue! I enjoyed my stay! ”
