“I don’t think the listing made it clear just how great a location this is. Easy walking access to Old Salem or downtown Salem. Lovely apartment, spacious and comfortable. Just be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. We enjoyed our stay and next time in the area we will stay here again.”

“It took us 10 minutes to find the front door. I had to call the owner twice. It was in the back of the apartment complex facing the woods. The light over the doorway was out and it was too dark to see the entrance to the apartment. We walked in and walked out immediately in tears. We ended up in a hotel. There is NO furniture in the living room or dining area. I do not mean limited furniture, I mean NO furniture and no TV. The picture of the fireplace that is used in the advertisement....that is……

“Carlos is a wonderful host...he is incredibly responsive and really wants to make your stay comfortable. The duplex is well-equipped and very comfortable and Lexington has many parks and trails to explore....and it's the home of Carolina Barbecue! I enjoyed my stay! ”

“Great location, beautiful & well equipped 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment very near Old Salem. 2nd bath is just outside the 2nd bedroom. Would have been perfect if the front door had a handle on both sides. As is, door locks/unlocks with a code but there is no handle to open the door. A little challenging but you’ll eventually get it open. Closing and locking from inside is doable but can also be challenging Without an interior handle. I will be back to WS & this will be my first choice!”
