“It took us 10 minutes to find the front door. I had to call the owner twice. It was in the back of the apartment complex facing the woods. The light over the doorway was out and it was too dark to see the entrance to the apartment. We walked in and walked out immediately in tears. We ended up in a hotel. There is NO furniture in the living room or dining area. I do not mean limited furniture, I mean NO furniture and no TV. The picture of the fireplace that is used in the advertisement....that is……

“I never give bad reviews & this was my first bad experience with a VRBO. We were visiting for Wake Forest parents weekend, drove through the hurricane, arrived at dinner, & I messaged the host because we hadn’t received our code. He replied immediately (only positive) that he was sorry & had to cancel our reservation. It was 6pm. The condo was overbooked on another platform & someone had already checked in.
