“The service is bad. WIFI doesn't help the connection, and the whole process is complicated. The air conditioner is very loud. The room smells bad.”

“Because the refrigerator cannot be used, contact the hotel and the room service will be replaced in time. The room is clean and the facilities are in good condition.”

“I only wish the coffee shop had been open during my stay. Also, if it were possible to offer a paid early check in that would be nice.”

“The rooms were nice and clean, there were only two bath towels in our room for four guests, not sure why they would only put two bath towels in a room designed for four people. For that price point there should be a free continental breakfast but instead you have to buy anything you want from the continental breakfast. There is a Chick-fil-A right next-door, so that's convenient. Overall a really good hotel and I would stay here again.”
