“Shopping was near buy. Twenty min. to down food and attractions.”

“Rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good but a little mundane. Some fresh fruit would have been nice, as would oatmeal daily, but overall it was good. Staff for breakfast was great, kept area really and tidy and food fresh. Cleaning staff was superb, very friendly, efficient and good at what they were doing.”

“Because the refrigerator cannot be used, contact the hotel and the room service will be replaced in time. The room is clean and the facilities are in good condition.”

“The rooms were nice and clean, there were only two bath towels in our room for four guests, not sure why they would only put two bath towels in a room designed for four people. For that price point there should be a free continental breakfast but instead you have to buy anything you want from the continental breakfast. There is a Chick-fil-A right next-door, so that's convenient. Overall a really good hotel and I would stay here again.”

“Hotels.com stated this location as “Uptown”. It is NOT UPTOWN. Also there is nothing on hotels.com stating the poor neighborhood and dozens of people standing around The hotel entrance. No one would visit me because of where I was staying. Hotels.com has dropped in quality when you merged. I used to get a free room every 10 stays. Now I get $1 here or there. Clearly I’m moving to another hotel app.”

“only one pet waste recepticle which was full when we arrived and had not been emptied when we left. Rooms very clean. Kiosk check in was a bit of a chore as sound quality was terrible, ”
