“Nice staff , clean ,quiet , cozy room . If you would like to find a budget and clean hotel, this is definitely good choice for you staying near Matthews and Charlotte. Walking distance to food court in front of hotel. It need some improvements about the breakfast. Less choice, low guality of food and fruit, even sometimes, the basic coffee serve not hot and hot water is temperature water. Over all , besides breakfast and lacking of fitness center, it is worthy for what you pay for it. ”

“What I love about the Drury was the amazing breakfast. The happy hour and the staff was absolutely phenomenal. The hotel is a little dated, but it was perfect. It was clean. It was close to everything and I would stay there over and over.”

“This hotel is located on the edge of what appears to be an office park. It’s very quiet and appears to be a very safe neighborhood. One suggestion would be free breakfast particularly since there is only 1 walkable restaurant near the property. It’s seafood fare so I doubt they serve breakfast. A short drive to Hwy 49 and there are numerous dining options. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. The kitchen is a big plus. Beds were standard comfort. ”

“The bed in the room was sooooo comfortable. We were not expecting to have to pay a $100 deposit tho. I had to dig thru the hotel info on expedia and read some seriously fine print about the deposit. It should be listed at the beginning of the reservation so the people can expect it. Other than that, i was blown away by how clean, spacious, and comfortable the room was. ”

“总体不错的。至于特别喜欢的，还一下子说不上来，总之电吹风，电烫斗，冰箱，微波炉等都齐全，还有简单的早餐。特别不喜欢的是建筑物的门口比较少，从停车场往房间里搬东西不太方便。”

“原本訂了24/10-30/10/19, 但因為轉機問題遲了一天於25/10晚才到達酒店，到達後酒店員工(黑人)稱已經取消我booking, 亦都跟我說會聯絡Hotels.com ,叫我回香港後再打電話給Hotels.com 確認取消退款就可以！該酒店員工表示如果當晚要住的話要再付款，最後住了三天付了三晩住宿費用！但回港後聯絡Hotel.com ，Hotel.com說沒有辦法可以取回之前已付的款項，致電到Hotel.com亦不斷跟酒店雙方推卸責任不肯退款！”
