“Very pretty hotel in a great location. Staff were great overall and the beds are super comfy. We stayed for 4 nights and unfortunately COULD NOT get our room to be cleaned. “Overall a good experience. Bathroom and towels were cleanish, but I found a hair here and there. Also there is something with the air quality. Maybe it's too dry or something, but it was uncomfortable. There is a trend in recent years to not allow any window openings in hotels. That's awful and causes sharp drop in air quality inside , but in this case it was a bit worse than in other hotels we visited.”
