“We were staying over night after a concert at PNC. I loved how close it was to the venue. My only gripe is about the pillows. They were soooooo thin. So if you like fluffy pillows and can bring your own, i would. I did not think to ask for additional pillows but 2 was still not really comfy. ”

“It's really abominable. The staff came to knock on the door at 10 in the morning and said to check the room. After a while, around 10:50, they told us to check out and said that we were smoking in the room and our child was in the room. How could it be in the room? Smoking, no extractor in the toilet, the whole room is damp and very uncomfortable!”
