“Loved our stay here! When I called to see if I left my shampoo/conditioner they were more than happy to check and keep it at the front desk for me! ”

“Front desk was very accommodating to let us check in earlier. Upset they closed the pool before closing time on Sunday. ”

“Great reception from Ms. Chase. Friendly & professional. Restaurant was surprisingly great. Our waitress great also. Our room smelled Dusty. I think the carpet needs to be shampooed, or ducts cleaned?”

“Staff was kind and helpful with a well stocked and refreshed breakfast in the AM. Room was incredibly spacious and clean. Bathroom door was a beast to open so we ended up just leaving it open. Otherwise everything was great. Perfect walking distance to the Spectrum Center. ”

“It's really abominable. The staff came to knock on the door at 10 in the morning and said to check the room. After a while, around 10:50, they told us to check out and said that we were smoking in the room and our child was in the room. How could it be in the room? Smoking, no extractor in the toilet, the whole room is damp and very uncomfortable!”

“The customer service team was very helpful and knowledgeable about her job. This was my first visit. The manager made accommodations when needed. Thanks for all that you do. Enjoy will be back. ”
