“We stayed here with friends for our first joint family vacation and it could not have been more perfect! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Gary was so helpful and nice, and the views from the property are absolutely stunning. We saw a ton of wildlife around the property (deer, turkey, chipmunks, a huge woodpecker and an albino squirrel)! Would absolutely stay here again! ”

“The Art Chalet was perfect for our girls' weekend! We were delighted by the accuracy of the listing and found the space charming and comfortable. The location is excellent, parking was easy, and our host was responsive and gracious. We would certainly visit again! ”

“This place was perfect for a single lady traveling solo. It was immaculate and very comfortable. The outside spaces to just sit and relax were so peaceful and a great place to enjoy a good book. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. All needed amenities were provided. A quiet and beautiful place to retreat to after a busy day visiting the sites in Asheville.”

“This rental was wonderful! A group of 20 of us, ranging in family ages 2years old and 60 had a great time! We had everything we needed, enjoyed every bit of the property and were perfectly content when we were snowed in! Plenty of fire wood, games, sleds to use, etc. this is an older property, so if someone is picky about updates, the bathrooms have not been updated in quite sometime and are smaller. But it was perfect for our family!”

“Beautiful place to stay definitely make sure you're driving skills are up to par it's a heck of a climb up there”

“Very nice property, though I have no plans to rent a property managed by this group again. Easy access; private, yet not completely secluded. Well maintained; clean; great layout and more than enough space for my daughter and I to spend a few days "in the mountains." The highlight was having a hot tub with a view to enjoy. It would have been amazing to sit by the fire and watch tv/movies in the evening on the large living room TV, but we had no wi-fi during our stay. No wi-fi network……

“This location was perfect for my wife and I and my in-laws. Location was right in the middle of everything but nestled away in a quiet mountain setting. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided a lot of items that made packing and prepping easy. ”

While we went out for dinner and driving the area, it would be a great place to bring supplies and cook (inside or on outdoor BBQ) and just remain for the duration. ”
