“Quiet hotel with spacious clean room, big soft bed, ac worked, indoor swimming pool was clean and provided clean towels. HOT breakfast was delish and well stocked: bacon, eggs, potatoes, belgium waffles, pastries, breads, yogurt, cold cereal, milk, juices, and coffee.”

“Nice staff , clean ,quiet , cozy room . If you would like to find a budget and clean hotel, this is definitely good choice for you staying near Matthews and Charlotte. Walking distance to food court in front of hotel. It need some improvements about the breakfast. Less choice, low guality of food and fruit, even sometimes, the basic coffee serve not hot and hot water is temperature water. Over all , besides breakfast and lacking of fitness center, it is worthy for what you pay for it. ”

“原本訂了24/10-30/10/19, 但因為轉機問題遲了一天於25/10晚才到達酒店，到達後酒店員工(黑人)稱已經取消我booking, 亦都跟我說會聯絡Hotels.com ,叫我回香港後再打電話給Hotels.com 確認取消退款就可以！該酒店員工表示如果當晚要住的話要再付款，最後住了三天付了三晩住宿費用！但回港後聯絡Hotel.com ，Hotel.com說沒有辦法可以取回之前已付的款項，致電到Hotel.com亦不斷跟酒店雙方推卸責任不肯退款！”

“Brand new hotel with a nice gym including a peloton bike, lots of weights, kettlebells, and other equipment. Room was a good size. Bed super comfortable and large walk in shower. Breakfast was decent with fruit, eggs, meats, grits, oatmeal, breads, and waffles. Front desk staff and shuttle drivers were all very nice and efficient. ”
