“My husband and I were in Charlotte to help our daughter move into her new apartment. We've only been to Charlotte a few times and wanted to be as close to her and the Kasa was super close and in a lovely neighborhood. Our space was small but mighty.. “The property was very clean and tidy. The location was ideal, next to a train station. Earplugs were provided for noise, although I did not need them. The pool area was clean. It’s an easy location to get transportation in and out of. The parking garage is not complementary, and if you request a late check out, there is a $25 charge. There’s quite a bit of construction going on around the property, so parking is extremely limited, and parking in the garage is the best option at this point in……

“The house is not what is shown in the pics. The house was never cleaned from people who stayed previous. Sheets were off the bed with stains on bed, trash was strewn about, dirty used qtips were left in the kitchen counter. The trash was full, dishes were piled high in the sink. Not to mention old and molded food in the fridge which caused the whole house to reek of an unbearable stench. And the worst part. Owner was called, messaged…. And to this day has not contacted back. Completely abandoned……

“We had a fantastic stay here! Everything we needed in a comfortable and quiet space. Communication with the hosts was excellent and very accommodating as our schedule shifted a bit arriving. This was the perfect spot for our trip to the PGA championship in Charlotte and we also enjoyed the local community as well. Comfortable bed, clean and cozy space all around!
