“The door entrance you sent via a picture was not the main door. I then walked around and found the lockbox. I had requested if some lights could be on because I had a late arrival at 10pm and they were not. The dock to the patio to get in is a bit far from the dock. You should have a handrail built there especially since you don’t allow the boat to leave. Using a hose that hangs from the ceiling to balance myself carrying my luggage to the patio is very unsafe. “We had a fantastic stay here! Everything we needed in a comfortable and quiet space. Communication with the hosts was excellent and very accommodating as our schedule shifted a bit arriving. This was the perfect spot for our trip to the PGA championship in Charlotte and we also enjoyed the local community as well. Comfortable bed, clean and cozy space all around! Thanks for a great stay!”
