“Hotel and bar/dinner staff were amazing & had pleasant attitudes. The breakfast bistro staff was a little hit or miss on helpfulness depending on who i talked to but it was nothing to complain about. Rooms were very clean. The gym is clean and quiet. Drinks and dinner at the bistro/bar were good.”

“My favorite charlotte hotel. Rooms feel huge, because of great layout. Super clean and tidy hotel. Back off the road so it's not noisy close to alot of shop and restaurants. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Good parking. ”

“The bathroom needs a lot of work. The toilet rocked every time I sat down, the tub wasn't clean enough to take a bath in, and the wallpaper was peeling. I had to clean around the sink before we used it. The shower faucets needed some manipulation to turn on and off. We could hear the music playing in the lobby all night, but it wasn't loud enough to keep me awake. The staff was good and the breakfast was great. ”
