“Very clean hotel”

“Hilton airport Charlotte was super nice. It was very clean. The staff was nice. They was incredible. I recommend anybody to go to the Hilton downtown Charlotte if they are in town, I’ll give it a five star.”

“Very loud! The elevator was broken but they didn’t call me before we checked in,just asked me if we don’t accept it they can redound for me. Omg, it was 11pm, where u wanted me to go!”

“Everything was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and the details were thoughtful. Free coffee, iced lemonade, and cookies were provided in the lobby for everyone to enjoy. The hotel was also very nice and clean. My whole family was very satisfied.”

“My family and I stayed 2 nights while visiting Carowinds. The hotel is located in a nice area where we felt safe and it was quiet and easy access. The rooms were very clean, cold AC, very clean bathroom and really big. LOVE the shower!!!! Breakfast was good and well kept during the rush. Staff was very friendly and respectful. Only feedback I would have is to have the pull out bedding in the closet so you don’t have to run down to the front desk but, even then, the staff was very helpful.……
