“The stay was fine but be warned there is a $150 "hold" which was not stated on the expedia site or in the confirmation letter emailed after i booked it. It has still not been returned 3 days after we checked out and my bank has started a dispute since the hotel allowed the hold to process. Never had a hotel do this and I won't use this hotel.again. ”

“We enjoyed our stay here. Consuela greeted us at the front desk and was very personable and helpful, even showing me how to get the rewards set up in the app. The hotel smelled great, like very clean, including our room. We were very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the room and the bed comfort. The continental breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was very attentive! Offering to bring over drinks and even checking on ys during our meal. My only feedback constructively is that……

“location was great. Felt safe coming and going from hotel late hours. restaurants and hotels inside was fabulous. everyone was nice and accomadating. would definitely stay again ”

“When we reached it was 12:30 midnight, we booked the hotel with 2 Queen beds. But we got 1 Queen bed room. We were 4 people and when we asked the staff who was on duty, he said the room sold out. There was no option left since my kids were sleeping so had to stay. I wanted to talk to manager and the staff said he will be coming at 3pm next day where we have to leave next day morning. Wasted our money on this hotel, moreover couldnt sleep whole night.”

“Very pretty hotel in a great location. Staff were great overall and the beds are super comfy. We stayed for 4 nights and unfortunately COULD NOT get our room to be cleaned. We asked numerous times, were assured that it would be taken care of but nothing happened. We rented 2 rooms and it happened to both family units.”
