“Beautiful location and property. ”

“We absolutely enjoyed staying at this beautiful 2-bedroom property in Charlotte. It’s on a quiet, tree lined street close to so much. The apartment features gorgeous art, classy furnishings, comfortable beds, a toasty gas fireplace, a pretty, well appointed kitchen - and was tastefully decorated all around. A real home away from home where we stayed while helping our son get settled in his first apartment after college which is a short distance from this rental. And the winter time view of the……

“Need better communication Did not get code until 11:30 am on day of arrival emailed twice.Also emailed about password for wifi 24 hours later he replied”

“The apartment was awesome! I wish we could have stayed longer. They made sure everything you needed was provided. Great location and a comfortable bed. Dug the screened-in porch.”

“The rental management software the use isn’t intuitive. You pay through Expedia. Then you get an email to put you cc in again for fees “like a hotel” and upload a picture of your id. Still not sure how to check in by this point. Then you get another email that has instructions not specific to this location and you keypad code is just thrown in the email in the sentence after they wrong instructions. It’s just a number floating in the email. Your parents will not figure this out. Also no hand……

“Terrible. Construction was going on starting early in the morning and going on all day. We left early because of how uncomfortable we were. Asked for a partial refund and were ignored. Was recouping from cancer treatment andthe constant loud noise made it very difficult. We were not told ahead of time the whole complex was under construction.The building was cold and not very clean. Would definitely not recommend staying at this complex.”
