Misses: there is not enough comfortable seating in the living area for 4 adults. The condo could use another chair. The listing specifies coffee maker, but does not say it’s a Nespresso. That……

“Stayed here for 4 nights. Excellent use of the space. Really enjoyed sitting on the rooftop terrace with a glass of wine. The location was very close to 4th Ward and made for a nice stroll through the uptown area. ”
