“the check in staff was friendly and rooms were nice. however, when we contacted the front desk for an extra blanket, we were told they didn't have any. called x2 then, went downstairs and magically, there were extra blankets. they were not even apologetic when we called, just matter of fact”

“All of the staff are very nice and it’s nice and quiet in the rooms but somehow my reservation got cancelled by EXPEDIA!! The staff helped me and gave me my reservation back.. I would like this looked into to find out why EXPEDIA cancelled my reservation.”

“Safe and quiet setting…even though so very close to highly populated, travelled areas. Hotel was nice and comfortable. Stephanie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Britney did a great job with housekeeping and Kiki was also helpful and pleasant. Stores, walking and food options just outside front door… others a short drive. Would stay here again. ”

“Traveling for basketball, was at a great location, rooms clean, staff friendly. Only complaint would be the beds were not comfortable. But that being said there is nothing better then your own bed. Have stayed at this location twice, and will book again. ”
