“A beautiful, modern property in great location that is a short 40-minute drive from the Anchorage airport and 1-1/2 hr from Seward and near the Alyeska ski resort. Spacious rooms with high ceilings, nice furniture and modern kitchen and amenities. Several good nearby restaurants. Sarah was great to work with and very responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend this property for activities in the greater Anchorage and Seward areas.”

“The Monarch was spacious snd clean. If you can handle stairs, it is a great place. I suggest the cleaning crew check folded towels. Unfortunately, 2 folded towels were dirty. It appeared like a prior guest wiped their nose on the towels and put them back. Fortunately, we saw the nasty dirt before using the towel.Other than the 2 folded dirty towels, the house was clean. It was an easy about 45 min ride from the Anchorage Airport. We had to contact the management company to get the lockbox code……
