“Worth it! Brilliant location. Feels like being directly out in nature, but all the amenities of home. Timeless memories of sitting on the front deck of our own log cabin in the woods taking in the sights, sounds and scents of the kenai bush. “The wooden lodge itself is unique. I was extremely skeptical about the bathroom and shower not inside the lodge but there were 4 shower and bathroom for 5 lodges. I was kind of use one for ourselves.”

“The bedding and bathroom were all clean, and the kitchen was also spotless. We travel a lot, and among the places we’ve stayed, this one in Seward was very satisfying for the price. Our kids also enjoyed playing board games, and the female staff member who assisted us was very kind and helpful.”

“If you’re headed to Seward this is the absolute best place to stay. I am absolutely in love with this quiet remote place. It is nicely tucked away in the middle of the woods. The owner Gary is usually in the office when you enter. He is warm, informative and extremely pleasant to deal with. He had two assistants that were equally as pleasant and helpful. The cabins were well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. The place was safe, well kept and just a dream get away for anyone……
