“The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I booked in advance a few hours before and had paid with my debit card and when I got there they didn't have the 2 bed Queen room I originally had paid for all they had was a King hot tub suite. Before I could even say or ask anything the gentleman at the front desk apologized for the inconvenience and gave me the upgraded more expensive room for the same price. “This was a great place to stay after a concert at Soaring Eagle. It was about $100 cheaper than place in Mt. Pleasant and just 20 minutes away. Staff was friendly, and room was spacious. Eady on and off from the highway without the highway noice. We'd stay here again.”

“Housekeeping went above and beyond to make us at home right down to little touches. Made beds even folded our blankets we brought and positioned my lil ones stuffed animals and tablet on the bed for her to see like they were watching the tablet. Thank u for having caring staff.
