“Staff was very kind, helpful in resolving a concern during check-in, and politely answered any question that I had. The room had a great view that overlooked the Yampa River.”

“The hotel is very nice, rooms basic, beds super comfy. When I checked in there was some billing confusion but the next day the manager, Crystal, came to the rescue. She was beyond helpful and generous and did her best to rectify the situation. She came up with solutions and went out of her way to fix the problem that was out of her control. I cannot say enough about her caring attitude and follow up. I 100% recommend this hotel!”

“There was a king bed but only one chair. There was no bureau. The clothes hanging rod was so high I could hardly reach it. I closed the door to the bathroom when I went to bed and it was freezing in the morning, especially the cold tile. Bed was comfortable, hot water was nice and hot.”

“Tough review for me. We had an amazing family trip. The location of the property and price of rental was 10 out 10. However, I feel it necessary to point out a few things that were just good.Cons..- Unit was clean and nice size. There were a few issues with lights out and broken kitchen cabinet door. - Overall building is a 6 out 10. 1 of 2 elevators was broken. Happen to be the elevator to our building. Elevator appeared to be out for a while. The builder felt like college apartment complex……
