“The room window was broken, have a hole. And I live in 1 st floor, which I can’t sleep when something the car past the road. It made me very tired.”

When I checked in, I gave the front desk the information of my citi credit card. My American Express was charged twice. I called the hotel, and the hotel told me that I should call American Express. Then I called American Express and made a dispute. Then the second charge came back. However, on the same day, my citi card was……
