“The kindest staff ever. I was a unique case, my original hotel giving my room away and leaving me with nothing on a busy holiday. Jungle Sanctuary kept me from being on the street for a night. BE AWARE. This hotel does not want to be listed by Expedia. Expedia consistently allows customers to book with this hotel, even when the hotel is already fully booked. I showed up and they had heard nothing about me. Although I do recommend this hotel, DO NOT book with them through Expedia. Reach out to……

“我在Hotel.com 預訂2月四日至2月7日共4個晚上私人房間，到達旅館是我出示入住證明，女職員說沒有收到有Hotel.com發出的入住證明，我於是付款租了一個床位，他承諾我翌日將會得到房間。在2月8日我離開酒店時，我要求旅館發給我由2月5日至7日3個晚上的入住收據，因為我發覺他早前發給我的收據副本曾經刪改，與正本不相同並在收據上面寫上柬埔寨文字，這是不合法的，因為我回到香港後要向Hotel.com索回房間收費，我不明白內容所以要求更換。男職員拒絕發出並憤怒地趕我立即離開，我拒絕後，我從櫃檯走出來並把我推向窗邊揮拳想打我，幸好被一名外籍女旅客阻止。然後他把我的行李拋向門口，其他職員進來才停止發生爭執。旅館應該保障住客的安全，但職員想毆打客人就只是為了擅自一張删改了的收據而出手打客人，旅客的安全有什麼保障。訂房是包括迎賓飲品及免費早餐，餐廳經理給我的迎賓飲品是一杯冰水，早餐只有三天麵包及一杯飲品，跟同事在場的其他旅客完全不同，他們額外還有炒蛋和煙肉，我曾經問過餐廳經理，他說就是這樣的早餐和歡迎飲品，你說這樣公平嗎？”

“Hatte das EZ gebucht, Zimmer um 1200 noch nicht fertig, ok, nicht schlimm. Bei Übernahme überhaupt nicht sauber, Toilettenpapier vom Vorgänger noch im Eimer, WC nicht sauber, Wasserlachen ums WC, Ablage neben Bett klebrig, einziger Stuhl verstaubt. Nach Reklamation und nochmaliger Putzerei die Wassergläser dann auch nicht sauber. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich recht hübsch, aber es gibt keine Haken, auch nicht für die Handtücher, man kann rein gar nichts aufhängen, für den Preis ein No Go! Zu Beginn……

“We really loved this charming resort with the cute bungalows. The resort was super privat and silent. They had all nessecary equipment incl. a/c and ventilation, a fridge and a modern bathroom. The location was great and really close to Angkor Wat. ”

“The hostel location is great, really close to everything. Nice place with a small swimming pool and common area. The staff super friendly. I joined to a sunset tour in tuktuk, it was way better than a big tour I had somewhere else. I totally recommend this place. Only thing is that they turn off the AC from 10am to 6pm Wich didn't bother me since I was outside, and didn't feel that hot in December.”
