“it is a hostel, and not as described, e.g. - toilet malfunctioning - kitchen not full service - no hand towels - water out of service for several hours - TV didn't work etc. i wrote to host before 2nd (out of 3) nights booked: Phalla we're somewhat disappointed with the rooms and wish to check out tomorrow we hope that you will refund us for the third night thanks steve" no response at all”

“服务非常好，服务人员特别亲切，有问题马上答复，态度特别好，就是酒店蚊子太多太多了，招架不住，还是想办法防蚊吧，哪怕弄个蚊香也好的，没敢脱外衣睡觉，环境确实不太理想，给辛苦的服务人员点赞，真的很有礼貌”

“真心喜欢这家酒店的员工，每次见到客人都会微笑问好，努力解答我们一切的疑问，酒店不大却很精致，有2个比较小的泳池，2栋楼，我们新楼，房间很大，干净，每天回去都会看到用毛巾折不同造型摆床上，早餐是N个套餐任选一款，有免费机场接送，免费自行车借。最值得提的是酒店的SPA，超级无敌赞，入住酒店可以打85折，还特地为我朋友庆生，真的是warm到极点。我们很是感动。酒店其实在内街比较深入，晚上出入最好骑自行车，酒店隔壁就有一个便利店。 excellent experience!very nice staff,smile to each guest,it is not a big hotel but comfortable.2 small swim poor and free airport shuttle and free rent bicycle.You must try hotel spa,professional and great valuable.”
