“The property is quiet and the house is spacious, very clean, comfortable an has all the basics you need and the host is hospitable. Our issues were with the inaccuracy of the listing and limited response from host when we asked for clarity and pictures of the bedrooms. Although the house is spacious, it is not 4 rooms. It’s 2 rooms with 1 loft and an observatory area that the average person would find very difficult, nearly impossible, to access and use as a bedroom. The “stairs” to the……

Other than that everything else was just awesome, the place was very clean and the location was in a good spot. We are from Hawaii and we came back to visit our family. “This property has absolutely everything you need (and so much more) for a quiet & comfortable stay. We traveled with our one and a half year old and we truly could’ve packed a sack of clothes for him and been aye okay during our stay here with all the great amenities they had stocked up. You could true heart and soul went into this property and I can say without a shadow of a doubt, this is by far one of the best short term rentals we have ever stayed at! “Our stay at the Fern Studio was excellent. The hosts, Elaine and Carter, were so incredibly kind and very communicative. Providing instructions early prior to our arrival and gave us lots of tips while we were there. Especially for the National Park next door.”

“Great location. We got there at dusk - tropical pathway lights didn't work - most were smashed. Hot tub was not "locked up" as supposed to be - and cloudy. Did not want to chance a UTI so - no tubbing which was the whole reason we picked this little gem. Sink clogged up, wallpaper paper falling off, possible black mold on skylight above bed. No batteries in remote. We left a day early. I hope they fix it up.”

They have those items for you as well. Highly recommend, except on those days that I will want to come back — because I most certainly will! Stacey, owner, was highly communicative. ”

“This is a cute little house perfect for a couple. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a washer/dryer (we didn't use since we weren't there very long), there is a fully equipped kitchen. There is a fire pit on the deck that would have been nice to use, but the weather wasn't ideal (cold/rainy most of the time).”
