“My stay at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Reno Downtown was decent overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite, though not particularly warm. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities, but it felt a bit outdated and could use some renovation. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too small for my liking. “I stayed for 4 days and no one came to clean the room. I communicated with the front desk but it didn't work. I was also bitten by bed bugs and the front desk staff didn't deal with it. It was terrible.”

“Very friendly staff, vlean and comfortable. We liked the walk around the marina. Parking was very good. Thiroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“Breakfast was great. The maids are not communicating with hotel on room repairs. My sink wouldn’t hold water, the tub stopper was broken. Still on 24 hour notice for maid service, even with Covid being over. No cookies upon check in, night crew was basically sitting on their derrière. No recycling at this hotel, amazing in this day and age.”
