“Spacious and quiet room except there was a group of people being loud and annoying outside in the middle of the night. The AC was powerful yet quiet. There were also like 10 fruit flies in our room. A few of the small towels were yellow and had dust but the big ones were fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was not bad. No elevator.”

“A very interesting and well kept hotel and restaurant. The staff was friendly. They rooms were clean and comfortable. The food and service at the restaurant was excellent. The grounds outside were very pleasant, with peacocks and guineas roaming about. An aviary and a nice patio area with a large fountain. Very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. We definitely will return again ”

“This is a no-frills hotel, and we booked primarily because of the low price, but we liked it well enough that we will probably return. Good: Microwave oven, in-room Keurig machine, clean room, everything working properly, new flooring in our room--not sure about the other rooms. Average: Close to highway but surprisingly not too loud, tiny bathroom (but in decent condition and clean) So-so: Loud in-wall AC unit...but it kept the room comfortable Average: ”

“Saw this on Motel Rescue and decided to make a weekend of the springs and antique shopping with my husband and daughter. It was a wonderful stay! I wish we could’ve had a balcony with a better view but we will definitely be back!”

The cottage was spotless and smelled fresh and clean as soon as we walked in. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. “Enjoyed the place and would happily repeat. ”

“My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Sante Fe River House! It was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. I think our kids were most excited that they each had their own room! ;) The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, which is important to us, since we prefer to cook most of our meals at home. The river was flooded while we were there, so we didn't get to use the dock, but we enjoyed the scenery and the close proximity to Ichetucknee Springs State Park. Would highly recommend this……
