“The key lime cottage is adorable. Fit us perfect for our family vacation for scalloping. There is one parking spot reserved, limited other parking although we didn’t have any issues with our two cars. You are able to walk to the pool from the cottage. Only complaints would be the mattresses are a bit uncomfortable and wished they were bigger but we would still stay again! ”

“This precious cottage was exactly what we were looking for! I don’t need lavish, I need cozy and comfortable! This was not only that! It was in inviting and refreshing! “We loved this little house. We were celebrating my birthday weekend, but a couple of things would have made the place earn five stars. There is no oven, which created a problem for my girl friend to bake me a birthday cake, and the shower is extremely small. In the e-mail the host mention that they do not charge a cleaning fee and I was charged in my bill 50. The house is very clean and comfortable and we did enjoy our visit.”

“Picture & description useful. Very clean and very well supplied. Many amenities. Could use some minor repairs and paint. In the woods - which is a plus. River not as close as expected, but a short drive to a number of state parks offering boating and hiking which is why we were there. Steep stairs to second floor bedrooms. Would stay again. ”

“We stayed here for our annual scalloping trip to Steinhatchee. The house is located in a good neighborhood, nice to see that they maybe cleaning up the one junky lot on the street. The street was quiet and no loud party house nearby. Quick 5min drive to ramp, marina and restaurants. House is very well stocked with linens/towelse. Our small family was very comfortable.”

“This was our 3rd visit to the Resort. The accommodations were always very nice. Not this time. Filthy dirty, moldy plumbing fixtures, burned out light bulbs, no mattress pads on beds, one knife in the flatware drawer, water damaged ceiling in Master Bath. When we called to complain, it went on deaf ears. Very disappointed. We were told the place is old. There is a difference between old and filth. ”
