“The key lime cottage is adorable. Fit us perfect for our family vacation for scalloping. There is one parking spot reserved, limited other parking although we didn’t have any issues with our two cars. You are able to walk to the pool from the cottage. Only complaints would be the mattresses are a bit uncomfortable and wished they were bigger but we would still stay again! ”

“We stayed here for our annual scalloping trip to Steinhatchee. The house is located in a good neighborhood, nice to see that they maybe cleaning up the one junky lot on the street. The street was quiet and no loud party house nearby. Quick 5min drive to ramp, marina and restaurants. House is very well stocked with linens/towelse. Our small family was very comfortable.”

“This was our 3rd visit to the Resort. The accommodations were always very nice. Not this time. Filthy dirty, moldy plumbing fixtures, burned out light bulbs, no mattress pads on beds, one knife in the flatware drawer, water damaged ceiling in Master Bath. When we called to complain, it went on deaf ears. Very disappointed. We were told the place is old. There is a difference between old and filth. ”

“This is a lovely property near Fanning Springs. The owners were responsive & phoned to make sure everything was in order. The home is extremely comfortable, convenient to Hwy 19, location was perfect. I usually stay in Gainesville when traveling to this area to stay in a hotel, and I’m so glad this popped up on Expedia & I found Tranquil Oaks. I’ll be back when in area. Clean, well lit, peaceful, well stocked, easy entry. Thank you! ”
