“Overall we had a great time at this condo. The short walk to the beach was perfect for our kids. We enjoyed the heated pool immensely to warm up after our windy beach walks. There is a playground and outdoor tables with bbq grills. This allowed for a fun picnic with hotdogs and smores. The inside of the condo is nicely decorated in a beach theme. There are two bathrooms which is nice for a family. The master bed is a bit firm but not terrible. We had a couple small issues and contacted the……

“We were a group of about 20 staying in two of the rental properties. We loved that two propane grills were set up right next to each other as we were able to grill all our food quick. The beds were comfortable. The AC was nice and cold. My only tiny tiny “complaint” would be that there are no ceiling or oscillating fans. Super close to the beach, right next to a pizza joint and Stripes is a 3 minute walk away. ”

“The house is in a great location and the golf cart is a big plus (they are pretty expensive to rent). Rooms were large and all but 2 (the bunk room and the king room across the hall) have a private bath. One room is located downstairs (staircase is inside the house) and has a door to the exterior. We didn't realize this when booking. Kitchen is well stocked with a huge pantry. The kitchen does have a dishwasher but it could use a dish drying rack and some additional kitchen towels (there were……

“We enjoyed our stay and were perfectly comfortable in our little tent. I would describe this as a kind of hostel. Shared bathrooms but it was not crowded so easy to find a vacant one when needed. Enjoyed talking to other visitors. The deck is absolutely the best thing about this place. Always a breeze up there and fun to people watch or catch a glimpse of ships coming out from the channel. ”
