“The house is in a great location and the golf cart is a big plus (they are pretty expensive to rent). Rooms were large and all but 2 (the bunk room and the king room across the hall) have a private bath. One room is located downstairs (staircase is inside the house) and has a door to the exterior. “The location is too loud to have tents with cloth walls. It’s near streets with bars and a lot of people driving around in loud pickup trucks. There are supposed to be quiet hours after 11 pm but people were not observing them. The bathrooms were cheaply made, in only fair condition and not super clean. It’s ok if you want to rough it but not worth the money. ”

“ Everything in the property was outstanding except for the beds. They may have been the worst beds we have ever tried to sleep on. They were lumpy, squeaky, noisy and it was difficult to get a good nights sleep.”
