“Property outside was very dumpy we were worried inside was going to be bad but we were pleasantly surprised. Very clean! Gals were pleasant checking us in at the gas station down the street and the gentleman offered us coffee no charge at the gas station when we checked out. Overpriced for amenities since there were none. Very remote area so I suppose I shouldn’t complain. ”

“Family of 8 adults . Everything exact as describe. My mom who is 88 year old is very happy and comfortable. Clean and have everything you ever need for a family vacation. We had a blast with bbq and homemade family dinner. Location is superb ; everywhere is 30 mins away to ouray and telluride and we live seclude in the mountain. Ty so much. I will definitely come back if I have a chance. ”
