Someone who claims he is our friend. They even try to open our door! If you care about safety and sleep quality, please think more before you book the hotel.”

“The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room. The funniest part is, when I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. to check in, I found someone in the room I was given. Fortunately, the room had a safety lock on the inside. Of course, when I went back to get a new room, the lady in that room also went to……

“The only thing wrong was the card reader on the door didn’t work properly. When i first went to het into the room it took about 20 card slides for it to work. Then in the morning i went down for breakfast and it didn’t work at all so went back to the lobby and got new keys made, still didn’t work so went back down to the lobby and the frobtdesk staf came with me with his door reader and let me in. I was on the third floor so that was alot of time wasted getting into the room when I had an……
